The Defender was back at the Land Rover dealer today for a recall.
The securing bolts on the seat belt brackets were brittle and at risk of breaking in a severe accident.
The pictures below show the new bolts and brackets fitted:
Since the chassis is Waxoyl'd, the new brackets were treated to a coat of the black stuff.

LED lights
A few lights were upgraded to LEDs today:
Both interior lights
Standard filament lamp changed to an 8 LED assembly:

The number plate lights and all three brake lights were changed to LED.

Bulkhead Rust Prevention
Changed all the bulkhead hinge bolts to stainless steel and filled the bulkhead cavity with Comma Wax Seal.
