Bulkhead Rust Prevention

Changed all the bulkhead hinge bolts to stainless steel and filled the bulkhead cavity with Comma Wax Seal.
Hopefully it should stop the rust before it starts. The fluid on the ground is excess wax that has run out of the bulkhead.

The door hinge bolts will be upgraded to stainless steel when the sound proofing work is being done on the door skins.

  1. Are you aware of the corrosion problems between aluminium and stainless steel. Noticed this massively on stainless boat fittings attached to aluminium spars. Aluminium just melts away much more than when being in touch with mild steel. Zink spray was helping a bit, but still an issue.
